• Plasma cutting
  Cut-to-size nickel alloy? No problem for Merrem & la Porte. Our standard sheets from stock can be cut to size using plasma.
• Laser cutting
  Laser cutting is a widely used machining method for plate material. At Merrem & la Porte we cut nickel alloy to size for you according to your specifications.
• Water jet cutting
  ​The advantage of water jet cutting is that there is no distortion of the material. Under extreme pressure, the product is cut extremely accurately. With water cutting, force and precision are combined, resulting in minimal tolerances.
• Cutting
  Cutting sheet material to size at Merrem & la Porte is no problem at all. We will be happy to cut our nickel alloys to size for you.

At Merrem & la Porte, we supply our alloys in various plate thicknesses. We can process the plate with plasma cutting, laser cutting, water jet cutting or cutting. We are therefore happy to ensure that you receive the plate material in the desired size. By cutting accurately, many pre-processing steps can often be omitted. It is therefore possible to get shapes from the sheet, such as squares, rectangles, discs, rings, strips or according to the supplied drawing.
